Our Aims

At Al-Falah Primary School, our aims define everything we do — guiding our curriculum, our teaching, and our relationships with pupils and families.

  • To foster in every pupil a deep love of Allah, His Messenger ﷺ, and the values of Islam.
  • To deliver a broad, balanced and stimulating National Curriculum that meets and exceeds national standards.
  • To encourage pupils to become confident, articulate and independent learners.
  • To maintain exceptional standards of behaviour, respect and self-discipline.
  • To celebrate the rich diversity of our community.
  • To work in close partnership with parents and the wider community.
  • To prepare pupils to be successful, ethical and contributing members of British society and the worldwide Muslim Ummah.

Our Objectives

To realise these aims, we are committed to:

  • Excellent teaching — recruiting and developing skilled, dedicated staff.
  • High expectations — making clear, consistent demands of pupils' work and conduct.
  • Balanced learning — integrating academic study with Quran and Islamic studies.
  • Safeguarding — maintaining a safe, secure and supportive environment.
  • Continuous improvement — regularly reviewing our curriculum and teaching.
  • Open communication — keeping parents fully informed.
